基于Paddle实现后，还需要基于PaddleScience所提供的API进行实现。目前看到提交的PR中是基于Paddle API实现的，还未基于PaddleScience API 实现，这块可能还需要花费一些时间，所以排期规划可以再重新合理的修改下

目前看该文档比较简洁，辛苦再根据模板完善下相关细节，PaddleScience 开发者任务 RFC(Request For Comment) 模板
